Terms And Service
❥ Information you'll need to know before commission me!
❥Agreements-Payment means you agree with current TOS
-Ignorance of reading the rules is no excuse.
❥Payment-Paypal or Tikkie!
-Payment is in Euro!
-Payment must be upfront! if not I will not start on your commission
-After sketch approval there will be no refunds.
-I make my own queue! I work with the schedule that I feel fine with!
❥Working Process-You must provide visual and clear references. The more references you send, the more precise I can be. If the reference leads to misunderstanding I will not admit complains.
-You will receive commission process;
sketch -> lineart -> color -> final piecex Pose alterations will only be accepted in the sketch phase.
x Small alterations can be made in the lineart phase (fixing errors).
x Small coloring alterations can be made in the coloring phase.-If you want artistic freedom, the same rules that you just read will apply.
-I do my commissions in the order that works best for me
My own mistakes will be fixed if I made a mistake in markings or any other detail that have been mentioned.-Don’t rush me, the speed of creating artwork depends on many things, so I can’t know the exact time frame (in case I have several commissions). I also have the right to draw something other than commissions. Have patience.
-If I draw on the description, write it correctly; otherwise, I have the right to demand an additional payment for correction of any mistakes that are due not to my fault.
-I will not copy someone else’s work or style!- I make and finish 1 commission every week
-I stick to my schedule that I put on my telegram channel! that works better for me.
-I make my own schedule in my Trello with commissions
❥ Do’s and Don’ts-I don’t draw fan-characters, only original designs. (unless they’re modified into a plush or something the like)
-I do draw mild NSFW, no extreme fetishes!
-I do not draw by a specific time or a specific date.
-Only people over 18 years old are allowed to commission NSFW art
-I do not take deadlines!
-If there is a special reason you do want the commission that has to be done on a specific date,
~ there will be an additional fee.
❥ Additional information-For shipping traditional art I do need your full name.
-If anything gets lost in the mail, I will not be responsible for it and I will not refund this.
-Do not claim the art I made as if you made it. Always credit me!❥ Artist Rights-I can use rejected sketches for pieces for future works.
-I will refuse service or cancel a commission to those who are exceptionally rude, can’t communicate clearly or have been known to back charge commissions once completed.
-I can reject a commission if I can not or do not want to draw it.
-I can cancel a commission and depending on the reason payment will be fully refunded or in part.
-I will alter and change my Terms of service as I see fit.
-I will publish the artwork in my public gallery, portfolio, etc.❥ Commissioner rights-Your piece won’t be published if you don’t want to.
-You can make prints of your art only for personal use.
-You can publish the finished commissions, always crediting me.
You can´t edit the final work.
-You are not allowed to use the piece for commercial use.
